yes. The life span of an insect depends on species, sex, and environmental conditions.
Mayflies are famous for their short life span as an adult, they live a day. There are males of some parasites (Strepsiptera) which only live for a couple of hours after they have emerged, but the females live much longer.
Bee workers live for about 5-6 weeks in summer, but if they are born in fall, they can survive all through winter with the hive and only die some time in spring - teaches you that working hard will decrease your life span (if you are a bee). The queen bee can live at least several years, I think up to 10-12, but I am not sure about that number.
