We never really broke up, just drifted apart until there was nothing. Now i dream about him really often. I will always love him and every time i dream about him, i wake up upset and wish that he was with me instead of my husband.

Bend over and ask someone to kick you in the buttocks. You are in a world of nonsense. If you are not with him, then don't put yourself in that dream. When you get down to the "real" world, remind yourself of why you are not together. What did you love about your partner now. When you get down to it, the same thing would happen again, so just wake up and smell the coffee. You are in a dream world.

Sex is addictive. Your brain remembers him giving you a certain number of pleasurable experiences and craves some more so it pops up an image or two to encourage seeking a repeat of past events.

Not really that big a deal.

You feel guilty and excited because of a combination of factors so it heightens the drive a bit and keeps your brain coming back to thoughts of him.

It's all perfectly normal. Relax and don't stress about errant thoughts and they'll fade.

are u happy in ur marriage? how was it that u got to marry your husband?

you are thinkin of what could have been, what u need to answer is what do u want?

I could be so wrong but u are havin regrets of your marriage and that u are not really in love with ur husband, you know that he is a great guy but those feelins are just not there like the way it was with ur ex.

you really need to be honest with yourself and ask do i love my husband? when seein an ex it can bring back all those great memories but remember why you both have broken up.

you shouldnt be dreamin of ur ex and wishin that he was next to u at all as u should love to wake up next to the guy that u are married to as that is the guy that u wanted to be with.

if u got married with doubts, maybe he is not the one that u should be with as i see it u should be lovin the guy that comes home to u not an ex that left u.

i cant tell u what to do but be honest with yourself and ur husband not sayin that u should tell him but be sure of what u want. you might not go back to ur ex but if u dont love ur husband u should really think about what u want as forever being unhappy is not the best thing for both of u as u will start to pick fights dont want him to touch u, and slowly u destroy what u if u love ur husband that cant keep happening think about it seriously as u dont want to lose something over the past if its not what u want (ur ex) its not going to be easy the last thing u want to do is cheat on ur husband not sayin that u will it can happen to any of us...

it's unfair to your spouse that you still dream about your ex. how would you feel if your husband felt the same for his ex?

it's normal and happens to everybody. the affair with your ex' may be more romantic moments, or your current affair may be not much interesting.

I think, you should take it easy. if your current affair is better or normal, avoid it as funny ..!!
