Asked my friends son the other day who is in the army, what he thought about Harry and Wills being in the front line, and would they put the soldiers around them in danger? He just all officers were a danger to their men!

Out of all the Royals I genuinely feel that Wills and Harry, especially Harry are committed to the army, but if they are going to put the lives of their fellow soliders in danger then how can they serve on the front line?

Prince Andrew flew helicopters during the Falklands.

I think if they do go to the front line the press and public will critise them and if they don't go to the front line the press and public...will STILL critise them.... the royals can't please all the people all of the time!

Has Tony Blair's sign Euan signed up to fight this war his father belives in? Have President Bush's girls joined the American army? They actually have influence and believe in this war, so why are their families not actively supporting it too!

Very clever except Prince Charles was in the Navy not the army.

And if they were on the front line they'd be surrounded by a platoon of heavily armed Royal Marines, so they wouldnt actually need body guards.

At least they're serving their country, and not sitting on their backsides fannying around on the internet all day eh?

Prince William is exactly like his Mother, Prince Harry in a combination of both his parents, but still a good and kind Prince like his older brother, neither will ever be "Tin Soldiers" like Prince Charles!

Was Charlie a soldier?

Sort of. But it beats me where he got all them medals he wears when in his uniform. He sure didn't earn 'em fighting the enemies of his Mum.

Prince Andrew served in the Falklands War, so maybe. But can you really see Wills and Harry getting sent to Iraq or Afghanistan?

I don't think so...

for starters prince charles is a quallified fighter and hellicopter pilot, can also captain a destroyer, also he passed the comando test, have you done that?.so less of the tin soldier ,so if they do end up like their father it wont be such a bad thing.

Of course they won't. The whole Royal family is a farce. And an expensive one at that.
