I want a pillow and a mattress topper, any suggestions? I know Tempur is an amazing pillow but what about the toppers?

NASA memory foam would be my choice. Although the most important aspect of memory foam is the density. Some of the cheaper memory foam mattresses and toppers are less dense and you can definately feel the difference if you squeeze it. Are you aware that this foam is an insulator and may make you feel warmer when you sleep. If you talk to a reputable dealer or mattress store they will inform you of this.
