Read Song of Solomon and the Book of Psalms you'll find what you need. Some of the chapters in Psalms were put to music and you'll find them in many hymnals.

A lot of the Psalms were written as poetry. However, Biblical poetry, of course, was written in Hebrew, Greek, or Aramaic so it might not look like the poetry you expect because it's been translated into English.

Book of Psalms. Beautiful writings in there. Im not a bible reader, but I remember that from when I was little and went to church.
