I have a pimple on my bum, right where the elastic from my panties sits. The elastic rubs it and it hurts. I hate wearing thongs, and therefore don't own any, and my school uniform is just above knee length so too short to go commando (not that I would go commando to school anyway). I know it will go away in a couple of days, with the cream I am putting on it. I tried to squeeze it but it hurts too much, and I am too embarrassed to ask anyone else to look at it. Any ideas on what else I can do?

Heat, such as a warm bath, will help soften it so that it may open and drain. An antibiotic ointment or cream, such as Neosporine or Bacitracine may help soreness, and a bandaid may relieve the pain of the underwear.
