Is it possible to find out the name of a person with his prepaid mobile number...?

One person is playing with me for a long time by giving missed call... by sending empty messages... like that... Me too like the same but I want to know the person who is he...
Is there any way to find him...? If so please help me...
Can we get the address of that person from any source...?
Please...

You can't find out who is playing with you. The prepaid card can be bought by everyone without giving any name.

U can make a complain to ur service provider and they can easily block that number from contacting u....
