I observed a millionaire pick up a penny from the floor of a restaurant. I asked why and he replied......Its hard to come by, and if I dont pick it up, somebody else will !!!!!!!

No, you wont win and so unless you want the T shirt forget it. You can probably buy 3 "just as good, or better"
T shirts for fifteen quid so at that rate you have now beaten the odds in your favour by three to won and you have won !

No, I'd save my money and end up with a million quid without wasting it on a t shirt gimmick.

No.
Would rather spend the £15 on the lottery, or a lottery scratchcard.
Depending on how many tee shirts were made though...

the idea is really good but buyers would need confidence that they are not being ripped off. The T-shirt deign would have to be good. Maybe the serial number is part of the design?
and of course, you would need to know the odds

No you'd be better off buying £15 pounds worth of lottery tickets.

No. That's like gambling.
If I wanted to gamble, I'd buy 15 lottery tickets and increase my odds of winning.

positive. at the same time as the South African crew entered and that i spoke of Natalie du Toit wielding the flag i had to cry. She misplaced her leg years contained in the previous, although has knowledgeable vigorously, and licensed to swim in the video games. physically powerful. For me that became once the most strong second; no longer by using the truth of the South African crew strolling; because of her being there after dealing with a lot.

sounds like the "buy a raffle ticket for £5, win a car worth £15,000. Limited number of tickets, only 5,000 being sold" therefore one person could strike it lucky, ie the guy making £25,000 for a £15,000 car!!!!
