My "babies" are 4 mon.old and are brother and sister as well as being one of the nicest things for our family that you could ever imagine and we also take very good care of them. I hope someone can help us. We are so thank-full every day. Please help....

Yes, there are places all over the country that do free, or low cost spay/neiter on pets, to help keep unwanted pets from being born, just to die for no reason. I'll try to get you a link...........

Are you refering to having them neutered and spayed? I believe in the UK you can get the male done free via cats protection. It only cost me £40 to get my female done.
