A novice suffers fear. A fool is fearless. Fear is always the result of lack of knowledge about the unknown and exposure. Look forward to the interview without any apprehension; be prepared for any result. Expectatiopn induces anxiety. But that does not mean that you must go unprepared. You need to equip yourself in the areas on which the interview likely to be. More of the interviewer wants to know how confident you are. While it is welcome that you exude confidence in yourself, you should avoid exhibit your valgarity and stupidity. Be polite and communicative. Show your cheerfulness and a good amien. Never betray your anxiety. Have faith in God.

1. Be familiar with the place of interview. Visit it earlier so that you will not be late or get lost on the way...thus increasing your anxiety.
2. Whilst there, study the work culture, company's profile, annual publications and company's history.
3. If the interview lasts for more then a day, and you are not on the first day, you are lucky! Be there on the first day, to source from those who have been interviewed, the questions asked. And do it discreetly!

Face the interview board as if you are just going to discuss a few subjects with them, don't ever think that anyone sitting on other side of the table knows more than you. You're going to oblige them by accepting the job, and not vice-verse. Try it out.

Why be afraid? Just go to the interview with the attitude that YOU are available to them. You would be a major contributor to their business. Just be yourself and show them what you have to offer. The more interviews you go to, the easier it gets. Look the interviewer straight in the eyes and give them a good firm handshake and a smile. After that, it will all be gravy. Good luck.

Keep rehearsing, get friends or family to ask you questions.
Write down questions you think they may ask and just keep relaxed. Remember they gave you the interview so you must be good for the job.
