I think this link has it... It should be a commercial of a volkswagen driving to the snow plow garage (commercial from the 1960's).

He/she probably is going outdoors of his homestead and starts "snowplowing" his sources. He/she who has to bypass further, might want to apply their vehicle or public transportation. it is my own opinion about what someone might want to do. I want you properly. Peace, Love and God Bless.
