It is not that difficult to go to Philippines. Wherever you are,go to nearest Philippine Embassy to get information on appropriate requirements for obtaining visa-a tourist visa. It won't cost that much. You don't really need someone to help you to go there.

It is quite easy to go to the Philippines. You do not need a visa to enter the country, unless you are going to stay for more than 21 days. If your stay in the country is 21 days or less, all you need is your valid passport and a round-trip ticket with a definite day of departure. If your stay will be more than 21 days, that is when you will need a tourist visa, which can be had at any Philippine embassy or consulate near you.

check out any airline co available to you. Philippine Airline is the country's official carrier. all major airline co has access to philippines (from your place to Manila,Philippines) then just take local airlines in the Philippines when you travel within the country.
