I would suggest you research it a bit. I think that possibly the drain is a bit small for it you may need to have it altered or there is something called a composting commode where everything is broken up before being sent down the drain. They are a bit expensive but like in the case of my friend who would have had to dig the sewage line all up under the foundation which would have been expensive her alternative the composting commode is much less expensive.

This can be done, but there are some issues you will have to be able to deal with to be successful. You have to connect it to the drain line AFTER the trap for the washing machine, using a lateral Y. (If your laundry is on a concrete floor, it will be under the floor) You will also need to install a vent off the drain line, before the trap for the washing machine so you don't lose your seal on the line from the wasahing machine when you flush the toilet. This has to go through the roof, or possibly be connected to an existing vent line, if you can locate it.

Have to have at least a 3 inch drain for your commode. Would have to know what size the drain pipe is in floor for washing machine. If not at least 3 inches, you cant do it.
And if your asking on this site, you probably need a plumber any way.

The washing machine should have a 2" drain, toilets require a 3" drain. You could increase the washing machine drain line to 3", run it to the toilet and tap the washing machine into it. Use ABS pipe (black plastic) and a no-hub connector to the existing sewer line if it is a metal pipe.

No you cannot - even if it is 3 inch- you must find the main sewer line that the Washer drains to, cut in a New 3 inch fitting, and don't forget it needs a Vent.
If you want to cheat, it would work, but best if no Bowel movements, only urinate.

Jamacian has it right. The only things I would add to his suggestion is that this pipe you are connecting to needs to be straight. If it has 90 degree elbows in it DO NOT use it. Also you need to be sure this pipe is very well vented (out to the roof). If it isn't you will be very sorry you did this.
Good Luck.
