You needed to ask this question twice? As the other answerers have stated, it's illegal. It's no good saying the girl let you buddy. You would be charged with unlawful sexual assault, Do you want to spend years behind bars? Your life will be ruined. Do you want to have the responsibility of another human life created by you? You know you are able to perform it. Respect the girl (or guy) and go to the movies, walk the woofy dog, help Mum with the dishes, surf the Net, even masturbate but don't DON'T even think about it yet. Listen buddy, you're at a wonderful stage of your life, don't wreck it by a few minutes of thrill. Remember, it's not just your life that could be wrecked.

Certainly you can perform sex. You are probably already performing one type of sex called masturbation. Masturbation is usually the first type of sex boys experience and is something that we do as men the rest of our lives. Since you are 14 and a minor you cannot have sex with an older person (16 on up ) because that would be an illegal act for the older person and they could be found guilty of sexual abuse of a minor, even if you gave permision to have your penis touched or stroked, and end up in jail for 5 years. You need to be sure you have experimental sex with someone your age then even though it is illegal it is usually treated as consensual sex. Now if you want to have sex with a girl you need to be sure that she has given her permission and you need to ask her if she wants to kiss, if she wants you to feel her breasts, if she wants you to feel her vagina, if she wants you to put your penis into her vagina, and if she will want you to ejaculate into her. You could be in the act of sex and almost ready to ejaculate and if the girl says no stop you have to try and stop (which is impossible to do ) or she can say you raped her.

While it is illegal when you are 14, as long as you can sustain an erection, then yes you can have sex. People in the middle ages would have been having children at your age then. And in some parts of the world, they still are.

But I think you are over estimating you ability or expectations by using the word perform. That is a skill that takes time, experience and some talent.
Wait for a few years.....it will still be a big deal when your are 18.

It is illegal and I think to protect yourself you should wait until you are of age. No offence but you're probably quite immature hence more likely to not use contraception and get yourself in trouble.

yes you can,but i advise be for you do to think about contraception,as you don't want a girl friend knocking on your door telling you she is pregnant do you,it also protects you from sexually transmitted disease's good luck and have fun
