Now there is a real question. I think I will let someone else answer as i am not qualified to do so. Eyes on the back of the head, sure something to boggle the mind. I know what you can get a mirror and hold it in front of you and see how you can function. Might just shed some light on this subject.

Probably have a lot of bald people. Not to mention that most of our body works well with the front. I guess there would be a lot more complaining from the ladies to the guys about missing the toilet!

i would need 2 pairs of glasses and then we would want a pair of eyes for the sides of our heads. and how would we ever wear hats.
I guess we could get hats like the guy from fat albert but with 4 eye holes instead of 2

i will not be able to walk then, my toes are all facing backward, i will surely die of hunger. how can i bring the food into my mouth then. for sure, hypothetically it's not God made!
