When I am tickled by a lady who enjoys playful tickling, I laugh long and hard - and I love it!
If I am tickled in a non-consensual situation, my "survival instinct" kicks in and I fight my way out of it - usually without laughter.
I am very much pro-consensual tickling and anti non-consensual tickling.

I'm not sure I know what you mean by biological in this context. In any case I think that there is an evolutionary
explanation in that tickling as an amusement and not as a torture or an orgiastic release, releases endorphins and peptides in the bloodstream which can act as an opiate/analgesic or generally make the 'ticklee' feel good. Don't know what it will do to the tickler!

Because it stimulates the nerves under the skin just hard enough to scream, "I'm being touched hard." They are there to let you know when you touch something and be careful, if it comes harder it might cause pain. And then when you're being tickled (teasing the pain reflex), they want to send a "warning: Hello! pain might be coming." YOu know it isn't pain coming, so the confusing signals make you laugh.

Some psychologists believe that its a psychological thing. That when you are a baby, when you are touched in certain areas and your parents make funny faces, it makes the baby laugh. So then when they are older they are conditioned to laugh when touched on the feet, or side. I personally dont believe this, but I read an article about it before.

when you least expect it you laugh when being tickled because your skin is senstive, you can not tickle yourself because you skin prepares it self, if you think it tickles it tickles aswell, if you ignore it, it doesn't. Basically laughing is the response from your skin being senstive.

I don't think science has a good answer for you. It might be there purely for social reasons (i.e. parent bonding, sibling bonding, etc...)
