If your semen smells of fish when it is first ejaculated, you have a problem and should see your doctor. However, if you are uncircumcised and do not wash your penis thoroughly after ejaculating, the the semen will semsn will be trapped behind your foreskin and will quickly begin to smell of rotten fish. Circumcised men do not experience this problem.

Talk to your MD or Urologist but be sure to let him know if it smells like tuna, mackerel snapper, sperm whale, squid or giant sea eel. It will make a difference on the antibiotic he/she prescribes for you infection.
OK people...take a joke, obviously the odds are it is an infection that needs to be treated. Oh, if you think it smells like a minnow...well, you get the idea.

I think it's probably something you ate - food influences the smell of body fluids, nicluding sperm - but it might be an infection as suggested earlier, so you'd better ask a doctor
