Most important, get 8-10 hours of sleep at night. That is the time when the lactic acid is washed out of the muscles and replaced with oxygen.

To take good care of our muscular system we must exercise daily, eat healthy foods avoid those fatty or too much with cholesterol foods.Give up those vices it will only lead you to death.Have fun with your friends to prevent stress 'coz stress affect your daily activities and your mascular system.And to be secure of your health do it with actions and pray to God..If you want to know how to pray ask it
