Yes. If you want more RAM buy a new stick.
If you want more video memory,open you BIOS setting (press DEL or F1 Or F2 depend on your motherboard) you should have option to change the shared memory there

I think you talk about RAM?
Just increase your RAM. (Random Access Memory)

add more ram... shared memory is your ram shared as video memory. you can adjust it in the bios.
