When my friend told me hey, don't worry whatever will be will be. Personally, I don't agree I just don't like to leave things to fate. If people do believe on this saying then meaning they don't need to do anything. No need to strive for success so what a heck I need to work so hard for as whatever will be will be.

Alot of things you just don't have control over. somethings are left to fate like it or not. some things you can change or fix or rearrange but other things you just don't have control over.
for example a person can do all that they can to stay healthy. they jog and run 2 miles everyday and some people still can't loose the weight that they want. And some people even die still after doing all of that running and jogging. there are just things that you can't control. as they say what ever will be will be.
Far as work goes some people honestly works really hard and they get very successful in there jobs. Others strive like you said and work hard and just barely get ahead. as i've said, there are things you just can't control.
All that anybody can do is do the best that they can with what little or alot of control they have over the situation that is at hand and hope for the best. Because once the control leaves your hands then what ever will be, will be.

Look success depends on few things like hardwork, patience and a bit of luck something which you call destiny. Remember one makes his own destiny. And if the destiny is already written, as some people say, then every man has the power to change, just that they don't realise it. Do your very best, but the other side wins when its better than you. I personally feel that when it is competion the chances of victory can be hampered by luck only to 1%. And if you keep on saying whatever be will be you won't be victorius in your life battles.

Fate is a relative thing. To say that you cannot change your destiny is foolish. I have influenced my fate all my life...not to say that sh!t doesn't happen. I cannot contol people dying, wars, or weather, but I can influence the kind of work I have and the money I make by my past school/training choices and attitude that I exhibit. I grew up poor and am fairly well off by my own choices and hard work. It was not fate.

I think every saying has its place and time where it becomes usefull.. sometimes by worrying and preoccupying one may start making mistakes in the handling of a situation, overeacting etc.. yet on the other hand nobody so far has managed to prove that 'whatever will be, will be' for this necessitates to have foreknowledge of the future

No. Total garbage. When things are going the way you want, make changes. Only weak minded, passive people would think the 'whatever will be will be' way.

keep working for what you want ,and if you get where you want to be ,alls good and if you dont get what you want try again ,,,,,,in other words what will be will be,,,understand now?,its not that you do nothing it that you try and try again ,but if you dont get what you want ,dont worry as there will be other times and other things ,in general it means ,,,not to worry,there will be another day tomorrow,can you see it now ?,
