I would imagine the conditions make it difficult. They are in a controlled environment with no gravity and specifically mixed gases to breath. They experience fluid build up in the joints, often gaining up to 6 inches in height before they return to earth. Also, any physical symptoms that would generate sexual responses, would set off alarms on the bio board back at NASA. There is a running bet on who will be the first to break the 10-Miles high club.

i think they have drugs to assist administration that type of ingredient. I did hear that when the early astronauts were respiratory organic oxygen they "were given timber." i don't know what they did about it in spite of the reality that.
