It's a very natural and biological requirement irrespective of gender and I do not see any unhealthy act in it. It is different point to debate as to whether this act is due to lack of opportunity for a real act or the act in itself is most satisfactory. Talked too much? ha...ha..

Depends on the girl/woman.
