So long as you don't exchange body fluides then you are ok. but
HIV is transmitted through contact with an infected person's body fluids, including blood, semen, vaginal secretions, cerebrospinal fluid, and breast milk. Although lower concentrations of HIV are found in tears, urine, and saliva, transmission of HIV from these fluids is extremely rare. but the best way to know is to ask your doctor ! ! !

I dont think its possible to transmit HIV through your eyes. Secondly, was the girl HIV positive? If so, and you knew about it...well that was a dumb move to begin with.

The chances are 0 if she does not have aids. did you wash your hands. chances are you dont have it but if you are worried get a simple blood test for STDs and it will tell you. If this is your girlfried ask her to have one done to, better safe than sorry.

You wont get HIV.. U will only get an eye infection!! Man, wash your hands after you do get down & dirty!

STD is contracted thru unprotected sex, using infected IVs and thru pregnancy. so far i havent heard anything thru eye infection
