well 9th grade can be rough especially since girls like older guys. However, you should just ask her whenher friends are around. It makes her feel like you have a lot of confidence. Dnt have an ego, but you need to be postive or you will look like a dork. if she says no, then it happened for a reason. some other girl will end up in your life. be laid back, and act lik a normal person. nothing is saying you have to ask her to marry you. its just a date or something like that.

Well when shes on her own just go up to her and ask her the worst she can say is no so just go for it

The best way to do this is try to be friends with her first, once you are friends with her it will be easyer.
