Unscrew the head from the pipe. There is a black rubber washer with a small hole in the middle, toss it.

There is a "Water Saver" restrictor installed in all new shower heads. To change the flow, increase the water volume, that restrictor must be removed. Should you choose to do this watch closely the arrangement of all gaskets etc. so that you can easily re assemble.

in many locales and complexes it's illegal/against the rules.

but you just put on some mitts, and unscrew the head! don't put a raw wrench on the plumbing!
