There is no reason why skin color should have anything to do with being qualified to present the news well. Skin color is superficial and arbitrary. In one cultuire a medium toned person muight be considered "too dark" and in another "too light."
What's inside matters far more than the wrapper.

Yes why not? As long as they preform their jobs properly then it shouldn't matter the color of their skin....light, dark, white, red, yellow, or any other color.......Does it matter to you?
