we have gone out to dinner before, but I dont know what could make this birth day special.

First make her breakfast in bed, then draw her a bath, take her to a day spa, pick her up take her shopping for a new outfit, take her dancing, take her home and romance her with a bottle of champagne or sparkling grape juice, and your love song, go over some old pictures with her while messaging her feet, talk and hold her, make love to her, and hold her some more, fall asleep in each others arms. That would be a great b-day present. By the way can you talk to my husband, my b-day is in December.

ok if you have gone out to dinner before, still take her out for a meal but make it different. make her a lovely picnic with champagne and her favourite foods.
then give her a choice of what to do in the evening.
one tip though. DON,T BUY HER SEXY UNDERWEAR ! we all know that is for the benefit of the husband.

You ask frankly to your wife what she wants for her special birthday's gift. If you want to msake her a surprise you should remind what kind of thing that she is eager to have and then you buy it for her birthday gift.You can also take a vacation to a beautiful resort for making a second honeymoon with her..

Remember her birthday..look for the little hints she is giving you what she wants. What I'd love for my birthday would be for my husband to book me into a day spar for a full treatment than to come home to a surprise party with all my friends...that would be great a celebration...but if all else fails jewelery is lasting and always nice.

Wow! Hope more and more husband's will be like you....perhaps give her a gift certificate for a weekend destination spa....or both of you can go treat yourselves in a spa, a home cooked meal perhaps, a romantic picnic?

Give her/Do for her something that she will remember for a very very long time. Perhaps you will recall her ardent wish to acquire something and has forgotten about it totally. It's so exciting to spring a surprise....of course cut the trip to the zoo!
