Well my answer is a little different. I'd want to break the law but I would want everyone to see it. Own a tank. You know just for the hell of it and drive it to Sunday church stuff like that. Drive through Taco Bell and the person will be like..."Is that legal?" and I'd say "No but I'm getting away with it." I could have people set pop cans ontop of cars and just blow up the entire car. Rush hour traffic I'd just straff the old man infront of my tank's tires and push him of the road.

No because it is wrong. A crime by definition has a victim. I would not wish any one a harder life on my account.

I have done and I will do again. I would never do anything that I thought unjust or that would hurt people but then again many laws are unjust.
