Yes - its rare but possible. If your plumbing system - which is exposed on the outside of your house / apartment block is hit by lightning - it can easily carry the charge through the piping into your bathroom and the charge could jump from the shower into you.
Like I said its rare - but possible....

It could happen but you would have to have one hell of a set of circumstances in play for it to happen. You would have to be in the shower, the lightening would have to strike an area that would be able to conduct the current, the pipes would have to be continuous metal [no plastic / PVC] and the strike would have to hit a spot that wouldn't be defused by a building ground [used to shield things from electricity].
Your chance of that actually happening? You are more likely to be struck by lightening standing in your kitchen, having a plane fall on you and getting bitten by a black widow spider … all in the same week … than getting electrocuted in the shower.

It is possible,,anything is possible...
but highly unlikely. the lightning would have to hit the water pipes directaly, or hit metal or another conductive material that the pipes are solidly joined to.
this is assumeing that you have an old house with copper pipes nad not anything after 1980 that will likely have pvc pipes.
even then electric will take the closest path to ground, and take the path of least resistence. copper has a lower electrical resistence than water(water really is a bad conductor)
furthermore you would have to have a constant stream of water hitting you and not a spray like you get with most showerheads.
more likely,
the storm will put your power out, you will end up with shampoo in your eye and no water pressure to get it out.
you will try to get out of the tub while blind and slip and fall busting your head open on a random hard object.

Extremely unlikely. The shower plumbing and water make a good ground, and for lightning to be able to overwhelm that ground would be most peculiar.

Yes. Lightning can strike a water supply, it can also strike the electrical system in your home and arc across to the water pipes anyhwere that they cross each other.

Not unless you're holding on a plugged electrical cord while showering.

not likely. as your house would have possible earthing to deal with thunderstorms.
unless you take your bath in a bathtub in the wild. that of course, expose you to thunderstorm and of course that can hit you.
