Hm, 5 minutes just isn't very long to say much of any importance, so I'd just call up good ole Usama bin Laden just so I could shoot him at the end of the 5 minutes.
Failing that, if I could like organize a 3 way chat with the Dalai Lama and the Pope, that would just plain be cool. Although the Dalai Lama is clearly a lot smarter than the Pope, so it wouldn't exactly be fair. Shame John Paul II died, that'd be much better.

I would like to talk to Stephen Harper and ask why he did not attend the recent International HIV/AIDS conference in Toronto, when there was 26,000 people from all over the world there,showing their support for such a devastating illness, that just seems to be progressing and killing so many human beings.The Prime Minister of the country that hosted this very important conference should be ashamed of himself.

I suppose that I would want to talk to the President of the US. But it would take a lot more than five minutes to cover the material that I would like to discuss. Imaginative, in the sense of your question, this isn't.
