"Indian Intelignence Agency RAW is meddling with Baluchisthan politics!" Is it a claim due to fear to Paks?

After the murder of their respected leader, situation seems to be moving at very wrong direction. The military rulers are in the retaliatory mood or mode. How long they (military fellows) will survive happily by eliminating those who are there in Baluchisthan before the undivided India with a great recognition?

I wouldn't be surprised if RAW is interfering in Baluchistan...Giving pakistan...the taste of its own war.
