1.Unfortunately entire issue has been politicised. There can be no objection to first two para but certainly rest of it is religious.
2.We are aware that idol worship is prohibited in Islam then why portray a nation like a goddess.
3.The way the issue is raised by hindu fundamentalists is not fair.when muslims have accepted it during freedom struggle , they can accept it even now provided we have the same apprach as by our freedom fighter's that time.

Look we have see it in the larger contest .
India was partioned into Pakistan and Bangladesh
Look both those nations become Islamic states and deny rights to the hindus and other minority.
In any economic index Pakistan or bangaledeshi is not higher than an Indian muslim ex education, income, living standard etc.
Worse still there is no democracy
India is the only democracy which does not have a common civil code due to muslim opposition ie muslims are allowed the common civil laws
India subsides Haj travel which is not even by some muslim countries including Turkey.
Hindus like Dileep Shekhar now A.R.Rehman can convert to Islam if they want whereas if a muslim converted in Pakistan or Bangladesh he be imprisoned or even executed.
How can blame the Hindu right wing for this if there is backlash it true worldwide due to repeated bomb blasts by muslim groups including India

Is it worth resisting everything everytime that comes from India.
BJP or RSS do not own this song. This song seriously means that we love our nation & worship our motherland as much as God. I respect you relegious feelings & do not want you to violate any thing what Holy Quran says. By singing this song which is our national song by constitution we are just paying respects to our nation. This song has no such element which can disrespect or go against your relegion. Please do not resist this song without understanding its meaning.
On the other hand I am against any persuasion to anyone to sing this song. Anyone who loves the nations will sing the song without any persuasion. Singing the song is just a symbolic way of honouring your nation. If you don't no one will doubt your credentials but do you think you should resist it without understanding it?

your question is hurting the secular harmony of India.
why do you wish to classify Indians as Hindu/ Muslims? singing our national song is a thing of patriotism, and we are Indians first and Hindu/ Muslim later.
if Muslims feel, its a Hindu song and they dont want to sing it, how can they demand minority rights in a country to which they hold no respect or emotions?
i fail to understand, who decided on this fact that vande matram is a song of Hindus and not of every Indian?
forget the mean ideas of "divide and rule" so smartly practised by Indian politicians and think as an Indian, ifeel if we think on this, we'll realise, it's not at all an issue to fight for.
be proud to be an Indian and love your country.

Eventhough, personally i am against imposing any belief and views on anyone,in this particular case of imposing on Muslims,i do agree. This is the only way to make them realise, coz they want the entire world to believe in what they believe.Even sikhs have opposed it but nobody is bothered about them.Why?.They don't impose or glorify their faith as the supreme one.I feel sorry for the ordinary Muslims who feel suffocated under the clutches of these imams and mullahs. In fact,Muslims should use this slogan as an opportunity to get their freedom from these mullahs.
