Just by looking! Only the odd set of fakes actually don't look fake. I know, I live in L.A., haha.

These days it's hard because those doctors can do wonders. Just by looking, if they're large, and very perky without a bra or much support, they're probably fake. The shape can give it away sometimes, if the breasts look awkward and mishapen; fake. Far apart or too close together, nipples out of place...
The easiest way to know is that no boobs, that big (if they're big) don't rest on the body that high or something, you know what I mean? Naturals begin to sag, but then again she could have had a lift.
The way they hang, look and feel. You have to have an eye for it I guess. Or just ask.

Am I the only one who doesn’t get the Boob Job Craze?
I’m not talking about breast cancer reconstruction or fixing a birth deformity. Those breast implant surgeries are wonderful and necessary and healing. The process was invented to serve those wounded women.
I am talking about the massive Boob Job where surgery to is used to cure low self-esteem by inflating a woman’s breast size to gargantuan proportions.
Do men find these fake boobs attractive? What is the desire to touch a fake breast filled with a saline bag? Does the thrill of the fantasy override the reality of bolted-on breasts without a natural cleavage line?
Do women find the false enlargement attractive? Are some natural breasted women envious of artificial mammary glands?
Do fake breasts suggest fakery in the personality of the person wearing them?
Is it ethical for a surgeon to operate on healthy breasts for the sole reason of falsely enlarging them for profit?
I’ll go on the record here and say all sizes of natural breasts are more attractive than a Boob Job and one must pity those women who spend thousands of dollars to hide behind a surgeon’s aesthetic of what a woman should be instead of being the woman she was born to be.

Does she have scarring around the side or nipple?
Do her boobs sit too high or too close together(for her age)?
Do they stay in place when she moves or lays down?
Do her boobs look too large for her frame?
Boobs come in all shapes and sizes, and a good job can fool even some of the worst critics.

Scars under the breast line! I don't think you want to feel them but they have an unnatural feel to them, kind of hard like an abscess or something, but definitely not natural in the least even though most women think they are but they are not!

Dead giveaway: she lies on her back and her breasts are still straight up. Natural breasts fall to the sides.
Otherwise, you can tell because they are very round, perfectly symmetrical and have a deep, wide space between them. Naturally large breasts usually run together and touch in the middle.

What became into the question she became into even asking? aside from that, my opinion is that she's beautiful. and you could't even see her breasts so how are you able to even tell what length they are?? Her nostril is surprising, and a minimum of she has a chin! i think of you're sort is choosy. and that i'm sorry you will have faith in media developments to have faith in elegance.

When she lays down, do they stay perky?
Are they perfectly round without a bra?
Those are the two major clues to bought boobies.

When she is lying down, her breasts don't lie flat like natural breast tissue, they will maintain their shape. HTH.
