After dinner last night i was sitting on the sofa and my tummy felt like i had a heater actually inside it, it felt like it was burning up. At 8-10 weeks into pregnancy is this a usual thing and if so what causes it?

Get the book "What to Expect When You Are Expecting" as this book lists the most comprehensive list of weird symptoms that you will not believe until you read them that few doctors or women know about. Example: I knew I was pregnant because my palms itched uncontrollably -- this was in this book.
Another resource is http://pregnancy.about.com/od/amipregnant/ may take some time reading but the time will be well spent. Call your ob/gyn tomorrow and ask for the triage nurse as this is a free call and she can tell you or get the answer to your question so you can relax. Congratulations! Take it easy, stress hormones are not good for babies in utero so just do some research and call the doctor.

Was the burning feeling in the navel area? I don't know if I'm pregnant yet lmp 8/5 but I had the same thing happen to me yesterday!! Have a healthy and happy 9 months!!

your temperature goes up during pregnancy the baby and its equipment are like a little furnace. great for the winter miserable in the summer.

your pregnancy is not be done perfactly and u have also a trouble in gyanologically since so many years as i know spritual tantra and divine game and also unsatisfied lady who can never been satisfied with any one due to this this happening
