reset the computer, go to the start menu and go to search find windows task manager. Run it. then go to the Processes tab, find the name of the Trojan, copy the name of it down and go the the search again. locate the Trojan's files, try to delete it, if it says you can't then go to windows task manager under the processes tab and select the Trojan and end the it from there. Then go back to the files you found then delete them. That should get rid of it.

hi, perhaps you can try Norton to remove the virus. but you need to pay for the software.

i recommand you to use firefox with Google toolbar. firefox can disable all virus to run, because the virus can only run on IE.

besides, firefox can block any any poppus and disable any virus and adware, spyware on webpage, so, firefox is much safer than IE. as you know, most of the virus is spread throught internet and webpage.

firefox is much smaller than IE, so i run faster than IE.

download firefox for free:

According to this site, removal of sysmon16.exe should help. They also claim to have a free Spyware removal tool, but I haven't got a chance to test that here.
