She nags because you arent listening or meeting her expectations/needs. This may because;
* her expectations are too high - she wants you to be someone you are not (like her father?),
* you are playing child/victim role, so she has no choice to get things done
* you are being a true partner (taking your fair share of responsibility, work, emotional care) and she's a control freak.
* she want to dump you, as she KNOWS you arent a good match but is scared to (of being lonely) and so nags....to push you away?
Only YOU know why she does it, unless you are blind to your own role in the cause. If you two argue more than get along and are not married...I'd consider why you feel its ok to stick around as a martyr, when so many other women may feel you meet their needs better...ie what do YOU get out of it.....passive aggressive control?

If you have not married her so far then for heaven sake ditch her because nagging is a habit that stays whole through the life and nothing in the world can change it.

Say it real loud, "Stop Nagging Me". Insert foul language in that phrase for more effect.
