How effective is it to use internet to publish someone's good creative works?

Let him not publish it on his own. Any one can claim this as work of their own.

If he feels that the work is some what worth getting copy righted. He has to approach any publishing house in this regard.

Or else let him approach any Association for the faculty of Mathematics or any Professor of any University ( maths) and discuss with him .
