i lack self confidence. sometimes reason is that i'm very thin. i just want to organise my lifestyle but whenever i try to do it, it messes up more n more. i'm very depressed.

Take time to love yourself. You are a human being - a magnificent creation and you are the best you can be at this moment. I think you are putting too much pressure on yourself. You are not perfect....none of us are. If you aren't that organized in your lifestyle, so what? You are alive and you are beautiful. Just try cutting yourself some slack and see how much better you'll feel.

Basically you do the opposite of the people who do things to loose weight. They found in a study that if you eat most of your calories before noon the earlier the better then you tend to either maintain your weight or not gain weight. So eat later on especially right before you go to sleep. When I was young I was very thin until I put on some muscle then I began retaining weight. I rode a bicycle so then I began putting weight on in my legs, thighs and backend. This just happened. Then when I quit exercising so much it began softening up and turned into some fat there so I looked better to the opposite sex I learned.
Some people just do not gain weight so the thing to do is to learn to dress to add weight also. Wear loosely fitting clothing not too loose because then it will emphasize you are thin. Do not wear dark clothing as it has a slimming effect. Get a water bra or some padded clothing they have padded undies and bras out there. They also add comfort when sitting or wearing a bra. Cut your hair in a style that adds weight to your face long straight hair hanging down will make your face look longer and thinner if it is a thin face. I have a longer thinner looking face so I try to at least keep a bang if I let it grow out long and straight on the sides. When I was thin it was more important to keep my hair cut right so I would not look so thin. If you wear glasses different styles can help make you look a bit less thin and will go with your face shape better. Horizontal line print designs can add weight but take away from height (within reason they can help if not over used) or clothing cut in horizontal weight adding designs can help. Angular cuts tend to help slim. Watch where you put the lines and if you study the designs you will figure out many stars use these ideas in clothing design to make them look better where they have a few flaws. If it is natural for you to be thin then it is ok but if you are not eating enough or have a health problem you need to definitely see a doctor to help you with either your eating disorder or with your health problem. You may have a hyperthyroid condition but watch out for severe treatments for one girl I knew who was hyperthyroid got over treated and they ruined her thyroid where she went the opposite direction I believe she had some radiation treatment that destroyed too much of it. And that is forever. So be careful get a second opinion on everything that drastic. Taking the pill that made me gain weight but it is not really good for your health to take anything you do not need - it tore me up badly and made me very sick it almost shut down my thyroid eventually. It caused me to grow a fibroid tumor which I had to have surgically removed so I do not suggest that at all.
My aunts on my fathers side are beautiful tall and thin women. One was a model. They did not gain weight any of them until they were in their 40's. They are all highly successful well educated women who have done things like computer programming, run their own businesses, one who was built like a model but did not have good skin became a millionare after her husband she supported while he was building a business decided to divorce her. All she asked for was the car he refused so she got angry took him to court and the court said for 10 years she supported you and you cheated on her with her newly divorced sister who was a model at one time in her house when she took her in. So since she helped it so that you could have a successful business she gets half of it, the house she paid for, the car and all the properties that were acquired while you were married. Then after that happened his company went public and the value went up so much that she became a millionare. She is now married to a wonderful man who loves her and she is still as thin as a rail with some hips now because she is over 40. So what it is all about how you percieve yourself anyways. Her sister and she are the best of friends still because it all worked out for the best. In fact since they only got hips after forty they both went to get breast implants together.

Find someone who is worth being around. I know its not that easy =) I have tried. But there are a few still around... I promise you are incredible. All girls are in there own way.
