The only expectations i try to live up to are my own.
And that's the honest-to-God truth.
I spent about 4 years trying to be someone i wasn't.
And now that i've gotten rid of those "expecting" friends... i've never been happier.
I'm only close with two people.
And i wouldn't give them up for anything because i am a better person with them than without.
So screw expectations.
I'm throwing caution to the wind and just being me.

I would like to think that I'm the person my friends think that I am.
However, I don't think I can ever live up to my dog's expectations. He thinks I'm perfect!

No.
My enemies have more value than my friends. They are dependable to work with and they tend to keep my thinking very sharp.
My friends tend to live up to my expectations because I know the kinds of situations they get themselves into and how those situations are going to end.
If I lived up towards my friends expectations I would be a **** with no future. I enjoy the company of my friends because they are sluts whom I treat like ladies.
My friends try to control my life by recommending that I go in their direction. They only see their goals and never mine. They have yet to finish school when they told me the school of my choice wasn't any good and now I have my degree and they don't.
They told me to look for a foreign man who has money and leave mine who has an honest job. Yet they screw different men every night and I've been with the same man for over 3 years.
They wanted me to leave my apartment and move in with them in the middle of a divorce with a man who had no concept of bills, food and shelter.
I NEVER TRUST MY FRIENDS.
THEY ARE ONLY FUN FOR MOLESTING AND STORIES.
Enemies are good for me. They make you work twice as hard and you always want to be a step ahead of them.
You are aware of the dangers of your enemies.
With friends you aren't aware until it's too late.

I believe I am. If you live your life by living up to others expectations then you will not like your life very much and sooner or later will fail to achieve them for both yourself and them.

Thank God that I finally am. It took many years to find who I really am. Back then, I was not.
