All the proteins and enzymes for export (out of the cell) are made in rough endoplasmatic reticulum (RER) and then eventually modified (glycosylated) in the Golgi complex. Vesicles containing proteins for export that originate from RER & Golgi are transported to the membrane, where they fuse with it, releasing the content outside.

Anyways, if I was going to take a shot in the dark, it would be the lysozomes, which carry digestive enzymes with in them.
