There is no place where an individual can live alone. U r always dependant. U have to identify urself in the world, with ur name
country,state, street address, door no. etc.
u can have ur Birthright where u are born.
First if u want to start this concept. If ur thought is so broadminded do not have a name too. Ur a humanbeing staying alone without the help of other humanbeings. Try go to mountain sit on a stone pray. Novel experience. write to me ur reactions.
Regarding permission. First let me ask u Will u allow me to come and stay in ur house not knowing who I am. U have to give me permission. know my credentials. the same concept for countries.

This will happen when all humans will think like you beautifull kid.
When everyone would be selfless, caring, with no greed then this will happen. We all must strive for such a world, it would be more beautifull place to live in.
