I like Yahoo's Calendar. I use it to enter tv shows from the tv.yahoo.com/grid and set up my DVR recordings.

You can print Days, Weeks, Months, Years, Event Lists and Tasks.

If you have Microsoft Word or Office, they have templates on microsoft.com to download and print too. Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Visio. You Accept an EULA and you get the template free.
