The ocean is beautiful and gives me such peace because no matter what is going on in the world, the waves keep crashing on the beaches regularly, rhythmically and the sound is so distinctive I can hear it anytime I try. That constancy is the very definition of peace for me.... The power of the ocean is comforting -- man cannot tame it so it is genuine with no ulterior motives... The way to ocean responds to the gravitational pull reminds me to look up for real power instead of around me. Water is cleansing, especially sea water (unpolluted) has healing properties. The life in the sea is some of the most unique and beautiful anywhere in the world and much of it remains undiscovered so I find hope that all mysteries have not been revealed..... But mostly, I love the expansiveness of the ocean. It reminds me how small I am and how much God really loves us because he cares about little ole me and everyone else in the world.

The ocean is like life .It is so mysterious and vague .You know that somewhere behind this great wall of darkness there are things to be seen and done. You think about people on "the other side".You think about the dangers lurking in between the sparkling waves .
The ocean for anyone of us is a representation of our existence .You love it because it gives you a visual depiction of your soul , your fears , your hopes, your worries and your company .
I love the ocean in the night , because it is dark .This darkness adds beauty to the details .It makes it look like a dream .
Do you know why reading is more enriching to the soul than watching T.V ? Because when you read you get to choose your characters , your location , the way your actors look .
This is the same for the ocean at night . You can draw all the shapes that you want in the darkness .All the imaginations , and from the sound of the waves, you can create all the music you want .
I love the ocean , and I also love you .I really do ..because a person who loves the ocean is so dear and close to me .
I don't want your 10 points . I just want you to love me for 5 minutes !!!!

Hi,
I love the ocean too! Well, beauty is in the eye of the beholder, and to me, it is beautiful primarily due to its huge expanse... Think of it, the sea extends to over a thousand miles and goes even deeper inside! Now that kind of puts you in your place. Its sheer power but at the same time, it can be gentle and soothing.
The blue of the water is mysterious, its enchanting. Who knows what secrets it houses in its ponderous depths... The waves rise and fall in a continuous cycle... Its like it symbolises that nothing can go on forever and that once something begins, it must end, someday.
There's more but I cant quite explain it...

I grew up next to the ocean in Northern California. Although I dont live there anymore, the ocean always reminds me of when I was growing up. Lots of fun memories.

It takes on the colour of the sunset at the evening and it looks like an orange sea...Now that is worth watching

its so mysterious and i fear it in a good way ! its another world in the ocean...everytime i look at it i get goose bumps...although it brings natural disasters, and scary creatures roam the waters, but its full of adventure and mystery..
