If cardiac muscle cells do not have enough ATP, what happens to the heart as an organ?

I would guess that contraction stops. If there isnt enough ATP, then the heart would stop pumping.. is this a trick question or something?

stop working, or in different sentence, the person will die.

maybe if it has no enough ATP, it will ferment the lactic acid.
