Ways that doesn't have me taking anything that I would become dependent on. I have tried a hot/warm bath, reading, not eating or drinking 2 hours before I want to go to bed. I just cannot get to sleep. I'm not stressed... but when I get to sleep I can sleep for days.

I have recently tried blocking out light from my windows with Blankets. It helps me to sleep in a dark room. Now I need to find black out curtains to make it permanent.

Also, try not to stay on your computer late at night.

God Bless you, ;-)
