I'm trying to figure out how this is a Family and Relationships question. Umm, if you stick with a relationship long enough it might warm up maybe.

Temperature depends on time. Time usually doesn't depend on anything and goes in only one direction - increases.

Time is on a system. Temp is variable. Temp can be affected by time but time doesn't take temp in consideration ever!
It's hotter at noon than at midnight, but it's NOT more midnight than usual on a cold night!

temperature on time. if its early morning its probably cool. middle afternoon, probably hot. but then again it mite go both ways im not sure anymore!!!

neither, they're not interconnected..... however if you were to look at history such as the ice age then i'd have to say tempature depends on time.
