It can. There is such a change in your hormones that you experience a range of emotions that you do not normally feel.
Remember though, just because you are paranoid does not mean they are not out to get you!!

It can be one of the symptoms.
The menopause is something that is constantly changing and as soon as you think you know what is happening, all change again!
I used to wonder why information about the menopause was hard to find but now know it is because it is different for every woman and does keep changing.
Look on the bright side, you do come out the other side!

Where have you heared that, I have been thrown into the menopause as I had cancer and had to have a full Hysterectomy, I started with the hot flushes 2 weeks later, but as far as feeling paranoid I can honestly say, Paranoid I am not

I don't know if it recognized as a medical symptom, but I have entering into menopause and am much more paranoid about trival things and worry myself silly about them!

Can't say I've ever felt paranoid and I've had some pretty bad symptoms...just waiting to see Endocrine to sort my meds out...maybe you should speak to your GP xx

yes it can do, i have gone through it, hot flushes, mood swings, sleepless nights the lot but we all get through it there are herbal tablets you can buy to help such as black cohosh root, menopace and sage tablets go to a health shop they will be able to help good luck
