yes you might want to get a pregnacy test. You might also want to go to the doctor's and have it done there so that you can find out what is going on. Better to have the pregnacy test done there because you have had a slimy discharge. You may have miscarried and don't even now it. So i would go to the doctor's.

Get a test and make an appointment with a doctor. If the test is positve then you can let the doctor know and if it's neg then they can check you for something else.

If you are late and have been having unprotected sex you should get a test and the fact another question you asked is regarding a book report scares the hell out of me...
