If you appear for work on time, give your best effort and don't try to sabatoge your workplace then your boss views you as an asset to the company and he rewards you with a paycheck. If you exceed his/her expectations than you maybe rewarded with pay increases, additional benefits and other awards.

In easy terms, you are viewed by how you work, attitude is everything.

Start each day with a smile, it drives everyone nuts wondering what your up to.
