You should feel like you are treating yourself to a relaxing moment of unwinding from the day. Enjoy! We must live on almost opposite sides of the globe. Cool!

Sounds about right for an unmotivated slob with aspirations of grandeur....So yes, it is bad.....and "if you feel about yourself" you'll find excess fatty tissue and navel fluff.
You can do one of two things 1) console yourself with a tub of ice-cream, or, 2) get motivated; get your life together, get out there and do something with your small life!!!

how do you feel about yourself? if it is your day off, who cares how you spend it as long as you are enjoying yourself.
